A 1962, 16ft. Lakefield Ottawa

This beautiful Lakefield has been owned by Chris for approx. 3 years, and was proudly launched in the fall of 2005. Chris helped boat restorer, Alex Mitchell with the project, which involved a total restoration including 42 new ribs, new inner and outer keel, and new transom. Originally found in a barn in the Warsaw area by club member Prior Smith, Chris was thrilled to attain this beautiful little vessel, which still had the original plates and serial numbers intact. The wide beam of 6ft. makes this boat stand out from many other cedar strip boats of similar lengths. It will be enjoyed by the Hills on beautiful Clear Lake.
